Volunteers Who volunteers at CMHCP?
Our team of volunteers are a culturally diverse group of individuals and professionals. Many age groups are represented in order to provide peer-to-peer prevention programs.


What does a volunteer do?
Our dedicated volunteers provide a wide range of invaluable services, including:

  • preparing safer sex kits and incentives for scheduled events
  • producing a quarterly newsletter
  • serving as chaperones for youth retreats
  • assisting with program referrals
  • serving as advisors to the Board of Directors


When can I volunteer?
You'll volunteer whenever you can. Let us know your availability and we'll match opportunities with your schedule.


As a volunteer, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Learn about HIV/AIDS, STDs, and substance abuse prevention
  • Make a difference in your community
