Our Mission

         Concerned Medical and Health Care Professionals, Inc. (CMHCP) is a non-profit, community-based organization dedicated to the prevention and treatment of HIV/AIDS, STDs and substance abuse.

Our primary goal is to design, develop and implement culturally appropriate prevention interventions addressing a variety of health concerns.

Our mission is:

• to promote healthier lifestyles through health education and promotion
  
  
• to provide health care services for culturally diverse populations which reduce racial and ethnic health disparities
  
  
• to provide a safe and confidential environment in which at-risk individuals can obtain accurate information on STDs, HIV/AIDS, and substance abuse
  
  
• to design and implement effective programs that incorporate sound health education and behavioral theories with culturally appropriate components.
