While we receive funds from the state and federal government, we also realize the importance of local groups, organizations and individuals who are willing to support our initiatives. Without the support of the community we would not be able to fund all the requests we have received and continue to receive to expand our programs and services.
If you would like to contribute to Concerned Medical's Fund to Fight HIV/AIDS, STDs, and Substance Abuse, please send your check to:
Concerned Medical and Health Care Professionals, Inc.
911 Silver Spring Ave. Suite 202
Silver Spring, Maryland 20910
Please note that 100% of your donation goes directly to the fight against HIV/AIDS, STDs, and substance abuse. No portion is diverted for administrative costs.
We acknowledge that much of the success of our programs is due to grants awarded by the state of Maryland and the federal government. We are funded by the AIDS Administration of the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene and the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) of the US Department of Health and Human Services. The SAMHSA funds are appropriated through the Congressional Black Caucus, and we would not have achieved our goal without their full support.
In-kind support, facilities, materials, testing services and training are provided by the Health and Human Services Department of Montgomery County. A special note of appreciation is extended to the staff of the Dennis Avenue Clinic and Fenton Street Clinic as well as the Georgia Avenue facility.
