Concerned Medical and Health Care Professionals, Inc. (CMHCP) is a non-profit, community-based organization dedicated to HIV/AIDS, sexually transmitted disease (STDs) and substance abuse prevention, treatment and education programs in the African American and Hispanic communities. We provide a wide range of health care, prevention and education services to a culturally diverse population in Montgomery County (Maryland) and the surrounding areas.

Our primary services include:

• HIV/AIDS, sexually transmitted diseases (STDs), and substance abuse prevention programs
  
  
• the development of peer initiatives for adolescents and teens
  
  
• cultural competency training
  
  
• women's programs and services.

Our programs use culturally appropriate methods while providing a holistic approach to HIV/AIDS, STDs and substance abuse prevention and treatment.
